摘要
库欣病是指垂体促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)依赖性的库欣综合征类型,也是最常见的库欣综合征的临床类型。一旦明确库欣病的诊断,经蝶窦手术是首选治疗方法。手术目标是完全切除肿瘤,纠正高皮质醇状态,同时尽量保存垂体功能。本文就库欣病的术前诊断及围手术期激素替代治疗进行综述。
Cushing＇s disease defined as hypercortisolism caused by an ACTH-secreting pituitary adenoma. Transsphenoidal surgery is currently the primary therapeutic option for Cushing＇s disease. The surgery aim is to resect adenoma totally, correct high cortisol status, conserve pituitary function at same time. This review is just about the recent studies about diagnosis and replacement therapy during pri-operation period of Cushing＇s disease.
