摘要
由于电压失稳常常发生在多重故障或者连锁故障之后,采用传统的确定性方法分析,其结果过于保守。风险评估方法能够克服上述缺点。现有电压稳定风险评估的文献只是涉及静态电压稳定。文中提出了暂态电压稳定风险评估的指标及方法,分析了暂态电压失稳风险的影响因素。将提出的方法应用于某一地区电网,研究了暂态电压失稳风险与静止无功补偿器(SVC)投资和低压减载方案的关系,进而提出了一种依据暂态电压失稳风险确定SVC最优投资的方法。
Voltage instability often follows multi-contingencies or cascading failures,but traditional deterministic methods tend to be conservative in dealing with these scenarios.Risk evaluation method can overcome these short-comings.Risk assessment of static voltage instability is discussed in recent literatures.In this paper,the risk index and assessment method for transient voltage instability are presented.The influencing factors of risk are analyzed.The proposed theory is applied to an actual grid.The relationship among risk, SVC investment and under voltage load shedding (UVLS) scheme is studied. Furthermore, a risk based method for determining SVC optimal investment is proposed.
