鱼类种属鉴别的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 全面介绍了目前法医鱼类学在鱼类及其制品的种属鉴别方面所采用的技术和方法,详细讨论了DNA测序、复合PCR、限制性片段长度多态性、DNA单链构像多态性、随机扩增多态性DNA、实时PCR、DNA芯片技术和鱼类快速鉴别试剂盒在鱼类种属鉴定中的应用情况,这些技术和方法各自的优缺点及其发展概况。通过对这些方法的了解,可以更好地保护消费者的合法利益,增强国家以及跨国的法律、法规实施,保护鱼类资源,加快我国法医鱼类学的建设。
