摘要
围手术期预防性应用抗生素的目的是通过手术前使用抗生素尽最大可能预防手术后感染的发生,其应用时机是防止骨科术后感染极为重要的问题。围手术期应用抗生素的原则、种类及应用现状在本文作了综述,同时分析了其前景与展望。
The purpose of applying antibiotics prophylaxis in periopcrative orthopedic surgery is to prevent or decrease the risk of infection. The opportune administration is the key point for prevention of infection. The application principle, classifica- tion and current situation arc reviewed in this paper, its perspective and prospects are also investigated.
