摘要
以青岛海湾大桥稀索斜拉桥为工程背景,采用简化计算方法(等效板厚法),应用程序ANSYS,建立板壳单元有限元计算模型,分别对普通工况和断索工况下斜拉索索力最大,钢箱梁截面顶板压应力最大的工况下,锚固区域的受力性能进行了研究。掌握了斜拉索与钢箱梁锚固区域的非线性空间应力分布规律及传力机理,优化锚固结构的设计参数;同时,提出了减小应力集中的构造措施。
On the basis of Cangkou Navigational Cable-Stayed Bridge located at Qingdao Bay,a simplified calculation method which is named the equivalent plate thickness method is adopted to analyze the mechanical behavior of anchorage zone under the most unfavorable cable load in general working condition and broken cable condition and under the biggest compression stress in top web of steel box girder.The shell finite element model is established by using ANSYS program.Non-liner space stress distribution laws and transfer mechanism of anchorage zone of stayed-cable and steel box girder are mastered and design parameters of anchor structure are optimized. Furthermore, structure measures are suggested to reduce stress concentration.
