摘要
以4份耐裂球性不同的甘蓝高代自交系为试验材料,采用间接酶联免疫(ELISA)检测技术,对甘蓝结球过程中球叶中的生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)4大类内源激素的含量和比值变化进行了分析,以探讨甘蓝裂球性与内源激素含量的关系。结果表明:在整个结球期,耐裂球材料各个时期的IAA、GA3含量均高于易裂球材料。ZR含量对甘蓝的裂球性影响不大。ABA含量在4种内源激素中含量值最大,而且耐裂球材料与易裂球材料间的动态差异较大。叶球生长后期(IAA+GA3+ZR)/ABA比值高可使叶球保持较高的生长势头,从而承受内部生长应力的能力较大,减少叶球开裂。
This study was designed to elucidate the relationship between endogenous hormone contents and head-splitting character of Brassica oleraca L. vat. capitata L. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) was used to determine the contents of indoleacetic acid (IAA) , gibberellin ( GA3 ) , cytokinin (ZR) and abseisic acid (ABA) and to analyze their ratio changes, so as to probe into the relation between head-splitting and endogenous hormone. These endogenous hormones were taken from head leaves of 4 Brassica oleraca L. var. capitata L. cultivars which differ in splitting susceptibility during vegetative period. The results showed that during the whole vegetative period, the contents of IAA and GA3 in splitting-resistant cultivars were higher than those of splitting-susceptible cuhivars. ZR content had less effect on head-splitting of Brassica oleraca L. var. capitata L. ABA content was the highest among the 4 endogenous hormones, and there were great dynamic differences between splitting-resistant and splitting-susceptible cultivars. The high ratio of the Brassica oleraca L. var. capitata L. head in ( IAA + GA3 + ZR) to ABA at the late stage could keep a strong growing vigor, thus reduce the head-splitting probability.
