摘要
产业集聚是促进高新技术产业竞争力进一步提升的重要推动力。本文应用区位基尼系数这一测度指标,对2002-2006年我国五大高新技术行业的集聚效应进行比较和分析,发现我国高新技术产业的聚集水平较高,且整体呈逐年上升的趋势,但也存在重电子轻医药等制约高新技术产业发展的现象,针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的建议。
Industrial agglomeration is an important way to promote high -tech industrial competitiveness. The paper analyzes and compares the agglomeration level of China’s high-tech industry within year 2002- 2006, by the measurement, which is called regional Gini -coefficient. It is concluded that the agglomeration level of high-tech industry in China is high, and it is raising year by year. However, high agglomeration level of electronics industry and low of pharmaceutical industry restrict high -tech industry. In addition, this paper provides some suggestions to explain these phenomena accordingly.
