苯妥英钠对实验性癫痫脑cAMP、cGMP的影响研究 被引量:7

Effect of phenytoin on cAMP or cGMP of brain tissue in experimental epilepsy rats

摘要 采用戊四氮(pentylenetrazol,PTZ)诱发大鼠癫痫模型,用苯妥因(phenytoin,PHT)预处理大白鼠,用放免法测定各组大鼠额叶皮层及海马中cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果发现:预处理组额叶皮层cAMP、cGMP与癫痫组中相应指标显著下降,海马cGMP较癫痫组显著下降。提示PHT可能控制癫痫是与稳定cAMP。 The levels of cAMP or cGMP were determined in frontal cortex and hippocampus of pentylentetrazol-kindled rats and phenytoin pretreatment rats.In frontal lobe,the levels of cAMP、cGMP in pretreatment group were lower than those in epilepsy group,In hippocampus,the levels of cGMP of pretreatment group was lower than that in epilepsy group. Our present data indicated that phenytoin may be associated with cAMP、cGMP in inhibiting epilepsy.
