摘要
采用戊四氮（ｐｅｎｔｙｌｅｎｅｔｒａｚｏｌ，ＰＴＺ）诱发大鼠癫痫模型，用苯妥因（ｐｈｅｎｙｔｏｉｎ，ＰＨＴ）预处理大白鼠，用放免法测定各组大鼠额叶皮层及海马中ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ的含量。结果发现：预处理组额叶皮层ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ与癫痫组中相应指标显著下降，海马ｃＧＭＰ较癫痫组显著下降。提示ＰＨＴ可能控制癫痫是与稳定ｃＡＭＰ。
The levels of cAMP or cGMP were determined in frontal cortex and hippocampus of pentylentetrazol-kindled rats and phenytoin pretreatment rats.In frontal lobe,the levels of cAMP、cGMP in pretreatment group were lower than those in epilepsy group,In hippocampus,the levels of cGMP of pretreatment group was lower than that in epilepsy group. Our present data indicated that phenytoin may be associated with cAMP、cGMP in inhibiting epilepsy.
