摘要
阐述参考文献著录的重要性以及参考文献的著录应遵循全面性、时效性、代表性和公正性的原则。对参考文献的无效著录和有意回避著录2种现象进行了分析,并提出相应的建议。
The importance of references recording is illuminated and the principles of all-sidedness, time effectiveness, representativeness and justice are emphasized. The phenomena of invalid recording and intentional withdrawal recording of references are discussed and some suggestions are proposed.
