Cysteine and homocysteine chemosensors based on azo derivatives

摘要 应用紫外-可见吸收光谱滴定法研究了两个含醛基的偶氮化合物对半胱氨酸和高半胱氨酸的识别作用。研究结果表明:在中性条件下,该类化合物可以实现对半胱氨酸和高半胱氨酸的裸眼检测,溶液由蓝色变为黄色,而其他的天然氨基酸未引起明显的光谱及溶液颜色变化。因此,该类化合物能作为中性条件下半胱氨酸和高半胱氨酸的探针。 The binding properties of the azo dyes containing an aldehyde group with cysteine and homocysteine were examined by UV-Vis spectrometry under neutral conditions. A clear color change from blue to yellow was observed upon addition of cysteine or homoeysteine to the solution of the receptor, which was perceptible to reeognition by naked eye. However, no obvious color changes were observed after addition of other natural amino acids.Therefore, these compounds can act as eysteine and homocysteine sensors.
