摘要
当归移栽后当年抽苔是制约当归生产的主要障碍,而提早抽苔是已通过春化阶段之故。经过生长点染色反应发现,单株重在大于15g,药苗直径大于045cm时,春化通过率明显提高。冷贮使其体内游离氨基酸和有机酸发生变化,但不同大小药苗表现有差异。春化阶段的通过还使体内硝酸还原酶含量明显升高;冷贮后大苗顶芽内可溶性糖含量的升高。
s Earlier bolting at the same year of transplanting is main limited factor of Angelica sinensis production, which was resulted from finished vernalization period. There effort by decoration method of growing point, we found that vernalization was increased significantly when single seedlings weight was more than 1.5 g and seedlings' diameter was more than 0 45 cm. Cold store at 4℃ caused the changes of soluble amino acids and organic acid of seedlings, but different seedlings showed the difference. NR contents of seedlings also was increased significantly if vernilization period finished. Increasing of the soluble sugar in top bud of big seedling could be one of the results of carbon metabolism during verlinization period.
