摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,用HP-5毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对甲氧苄氟菊酯进行定性定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.11,变异系数为0.12%,平均回收率为100.08%。
A method for the determination of metofluthrin TC by GC with HP-5 capillary column, diisobutyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.11, the variation coefficient was 0.12%, the average recovery was 100.08% respectively.
