摘要
结合目前高校经管类实习存在的问题,对广东商学院多年来创建校内仿真实习基地,并已取得良好教学效果的经验进行了总结,分析了仿真实习环境应具备的基本要素和主要特征,探讨了校内仿真实习的实施过程以及所取得的实习效果。通过几年的实践,可以证明经管类校内仿真实习的构建与实施为高效率培养应用型、复合型、创新型、创业型经管类人才开辟了一条新的捷径。
Combining the existing problems in the universities＇ economics and management practice, this article system- atically summarized the experience in the construction of in-campus simulation training base, which has achieved good teaching effect. The article analyzed concretely the basic elements and main characteristics that the simulation training environment should have, and discussed the implementation process of the simulation training and the practice effects. After several years＇ practice, it proves that the construction and implementation of in-campus economics and management simulation training open up a new shortcut for efficiently cultivating applied, complex, innovative and entrepreneurial management talents.
