低频轴向振动钻削的变角切削特性 被引量:3

摘要 在对轴向振动钻削的变角切削原理简要分析的基础上,结合普通麻花钻的几何结构,研究了轴向振动钻削情况下振动参数对主切削刃和横刃工作角度的影响规律,然后进行了硬铝(2A12)的低频轴向振动钻削试验,并对试验中的钻削力和孔径尺寸进行了测量。研究结果表明:低频振动钻削时,轴向振动能够优化钻尖的工作角度、改善切削状况,从而减小了最大横向力,提高了内孔尺寸精度。 According to the basic principle of axial vibration drilling and the geometrical construction of twist drill, the variableangle cutting principle of low-frequency axial vibration drilling was analyzed. The influence rule of vibration parameters on the operating angle was studied. The vibration drilling test was clone and the cutting force and aperture size were measured in experiment. The result shows that axial vibration can optimize the operating angle and improve the cutting condition of twist drill, the maximum horizontal force is increased and the dimensional accuracy of hole is improved evidently.
