摘要
分别以催化汽油、直馏柴油、重油为原料,对硅/铝比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))为14的β沸石和硅/铝比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))为31的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的催化裂化反应性能进行了对比评价。结果表明,β沸石对汽油组分的选择裂化能力弱于ZSM-5分子筛,而对柴油组分的裂化能力强于ZSM-5分子筛。β沸石作为助剂在催化裂化反应中有利于减少汽油损失、提高重油转化和轻油收率,也可起到增产丙烯、提高汽油辛烷值的作用。
Catalytic gasoline, straight-run diesel oil and heavy oil were used as stocks to evaluate the catalytic cracking properties of the β-zeolite with silica to alumina molar ratio of 14 and the ZSM-5 with silica to alumina molar ratio of 31. The results showed that the selective cracking capacity for gasoline of β-zeolite was weaker than that of ZSM-5, and its cracking capacity for diesel oil and heavy oil was stronger than that of ZSM-5. Therefore, with β-zeolite as the auxiliary catalyst the loss of gasoline could be reduced, the conversion of heavy oil could be enhanced and the yield of light oil could be increased, to increase the overall yields of propylene and to raise octane number of gasoline.
