摘要
本文在以往有关创新环境构成维度研究成果的基础上,结合高新区的特点,构建了高新区创新环境评价指标体系。并在物元分析的基础上,运用模糊集合理论和欧氏贴近度的概念,建立了高新区创新环境的评价模型,对环渤海地区九个高新区进行实证研究,从而为高新区提升创新环境水平提供科学的依据。
This paper builds the innovation environment index system which is based on the previous works on dimensions of innovation environment and on the characteristics of high-tech zone. Then the paper builds an evaluation model of high-tech zone innovation environment which is based on the matter-element analysis and fuzzy set theory and Euclid approach degree. By carrying out empirical research on the nine high-tech zones, it provides a scientific basis for enhancing innovation environment of high-tech zone.
