摘要
针对产品协同设计环境下设计人员获取知识效率低的问题,提出基于粗糙集的产品协同设计知识推送方法。首先,构建了产品协同设计知识推送体系,分析了知识推送的流程;其次,运用粗糙集理论计算产品协同设计过程中各子任务的重要度,确定知识推送的先后顺序;然后,运用相似度方法为设计人员推送解决约束相关的知识;最后,将该方法应用于工程算例,结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the difficulties in searching knowledge, a knowledge matching technology based on rough theory in product collaborative design was proposed. Firstly, the architecture of product collaborative design knowledge match was constructed, and the knowledge match flow was analyzed. Secondly, rough sets theory was used to calculate the importance of the functional, and the sequence of matching knowledge was determined. Thirdly, the knowledge with product restrained condition was matched and pushed through text similarity computation. Finally, this method was applied to an engineering case. The results of application prove the feasibility and availability of this method.
