摘要
通过分析边界效应调控的重要性、调控的目的以及边界影响目的的微观机理,应用博弈论的分析方法,从宏观(政府层面)、中观(次区域合作与非传统边境安全层面)、微观(企业或产业层面)三个层面提出调控边界,并分别提出了相应的具体调控途径。
Focused on analyzing the importance in regulating the effect of border and the purpose of such regulation as well as the micro-system of the effect of border, this article has adopted the game theory to put forward the methods on how to regulate the effect of border from three perspectives, they are respectively from the macro ones（at the governmental level）, the meso ones （in the area of sub-regional cooperation and non-traditional security of border）and the micro ones（at the level of enterprises or industries）, and then followed with its specific regulation measures.
