摘要
主要从捕收剂、起泡剂用量和空气流量方面研究了其对1~0mm西曲8^#煤煤宽粒级浮选中的影响。结果表明:在TX-10作表面活性剂时,捕收剂、起泡剂用量的增大,提高了精煤产率和粗颗粒的回收率,但同时也提高了精煤灰分和尾煤灰分,且在捕收剂加到一定量后精煤中+0.25mm的产率变化不大。空气流量对尾煤灰分和精煤中粗颗粒产率的影响较为显著,而对精煤产率和精煤灰分的影响较小。
The paper briefly studies on the Xiqu 8^# coal flotation behavior of 1 - 0 mm size fraction at different levels of collector dosage and frother dosage and air volumetric flow rate. Using TX - 10 as surfactant the result shows that : the yield of clean coal and the recovery of coarse coal increase with the collector dosage and frother dosage as well as the ash of clean coal and tailing coal, and when the collector dosage reach certain value the yield of + 0.25 mm clean coal changes very little ; the ash of tailing coal and the recovery of coarse are influenced significantly by air flow rate but the yield and ash of clean coal are not.
