摘要
目的:比较国内外医患关系研究现况。方法:对401篇国内外医患关系文献及引文索引进行比较、分析。结果:国外以医患关系模式建设为轴心,国内则更关注医患关系学理构建研究。结论:各国卫生服务体制不同,医患关系不同,其研究及发展方向迥然有异。
Objective ：To compare with the difference on doctor -patient relationship in and out country. Methods：Refer to 401related essays at home and abroad. Results：It appears that the developed countries make construction of physician - patient relationship as the axis, the developing countries are more concerned about academic research of the physician - patient relationship. Conclusion： There are many difference on systems of health services in different countries, which leads the diffrence of study direction and development in doctor - patient relationship.
