气门毛坯局部镦挤终锻成形工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 根据气门毛坯楔横轧-模锻成形工艺中楔横轧和终锻工艺特点及要求,设计了不同初始直径的预成形坯料,运用DEFORM-2D软件对其终锻时的局部镦挤成形过程进行数值模拟,获得了终锻成形中头部金属将同时产生径向和轴向流动、轴向流动导致杆部增长以及工件内变形分布等规律,根据杆部增长量与预成形毛坯形状尺寸及成形条件的关系,确立了预成形毛坯的设计原则,采用终成形实验验证了预成形毛坯设计的正确性。实验表明,楔横轧-模锻工艺能获得高组织性能的气门毛坯。 According to processing characteristics of roll forming-forging process of valve blank, several kinds of performing blank with different initial diameters for finish forging were designed. Local upsetting finish forging process was simulated by DEFORM- 2D, and some deforming rules on metal flow, strain distribution and lengthening of valve rod were obtained. Design principle of performing blank was presented based on the relation between rod lengthening and dimension of blank and deforming conditions. Finish forging experimental proves correctness of performing blank design, and experimental results show that roll forming-forging process can produce high quality valve blanks.
