摘要 研究了AKD改性滑石粉和绢云母与氧化淀粉、苯丙胶乳复配的表面施胶剂的性能。结果表明:AKD改性填料与氧化淀粉和苯丙胶乳的质量比为1:4:1时,可使纸张获得良好的抗水性,表面施胶纸张没有施胶逆转现象。AKD改性填料与氧化淀粉、苯丙胶乳混合表面施胶可以显著提高纸张的抗张强度,氧化淀粉有助于纸张撕裂度、苯丙胶乳有助于纸张耐折度的改善。 The surface sizing performance of AKD modified filler with oxidized starch and styrene-acrylic latex was investigated. The results show that the best mass ratio of AKD modified filler to oxidized starch as well as styrene-acrylic latex is 1:4:1 while the surface-sized paper has good water-resistance and no sizing reverse is observed, The tensile strength of paper can be significantly improved when the paper is surface-sized on both sides by the mixture of AKD modified filler, oxidized starch and styrene-acrylic latex. Oxidized starch can also enhance the tearing resistance while styrene-acrylic latex can increase the folding endurance of the surface-sized paper.
