摘要
通过两步法合成了含酯基官能团的咪唑类离子液体1-乙酸乙酯基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,采用核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析对其进行了结构表征,证明了该合成方法的可靠性;对功能化离子液体的基本物化性质、黏温性、吸湿性、溶解性、熔点及热稳定性等进行了研究,并选择了含有相同烷基的1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐的传统离子液体进行对比,发现官能团的引入,使传统烷基咪唑类离子液体呈现出不同的特性。该研究结果为进一步开展功能化离子液体的摩擦学研究打下了基础。
A new kind of functionalized ionic liquid containing ester-group, 3-methyl-l-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl). imidazolium terafluoroborate, was synthesized through a typical two-step way and characterized by 1 H-NMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis. The results proved the reliability of the synthetic method. The basic physicochemical properties, viscosity-temperature characteristics, ability of absorbing water, solubility in some solvents, melting point and thermal stability of the functionalized ionic liquid were studied thoroughly and compared with a traditional ionic liquid, 3-methy-l-butylimidazolium terafluoroborate, which had the same alkyl as the functionalized one. The introduction of functional group made the traditional alkyl imidazolium exhibit some special properties. All the achievements made in this study have laid a foundation for further study on the tribological behaviors of functionalized ionic liquids.
