退火处理对Ni-Fe合金镀层织构及应力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用电镀法在2024铝合金上制备了Ni-Fe合金镀层,随后对镀层在490℃进行2小时的退火处理。利用X射线ω扫描技术对退火前后镀层织构进行表征,结果表明:退火后Ni-Fe合金镀层织构类型由退火前的单一(200)织构变为(111)和(200)织构并存;采用掠入射X射线法(Grazing incidence X-ray diffraction,GIXRD)测量薄膜的残余应力,发现未退火的Ni-Fe合金镀层中存在残余拉应力,退火后变为残余压应力,退火工艺对镀层残余应力有很大影响。 Ni-Fe alloy coating was prepared on 2024 aluminum alloy sheets by electroplating.The coating was annealed at 490 ℃ for 2 h.The XRD ω-scan technique was used to analyze the texture of the Ni-Fe alloy coating before and after annealing.The texture of the coating before annealing was(200) and became(111) and(200) after annealing.The residual stress in the coating was characterized by grazing incidence X-ray diffraction(GIXRD).It was found that the residual stress in the coating before annealing was tensile stress and changed to be compressive stress after annealing. The parameters of annealing have great effect on the state of residual stress.
