摘要
锰铁样品采用盐酸、硝酸和高氯酸溶解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锰铁中磷的含量。选择178.287 nm的谱线作为磷的分析线。使用与分析样品基体相接近的标准样品和控制一致的测定条件,克服了物理干扰和基体效应的影响,测得磷的相对标准偏差(n=12)为0.49%,回收率为102.4%。应用此法分析了标准样品,所得测定值与证书值相一致。
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of phosphorus in ferromanganese. The sample was dissolved with HCI, HNO3 and HClO4, and the spectrum of wavelength of 178. 287 nm was selected as analytical line for the determination of P in sample solution. Physical interferences and matrix effect were eliminated by using standard samples having their matrixes similar to the matrixes of the samples and analyzing under the same analytical conditions. Under the optimum conditions, the value of RSD (n= 12) found was 0.49%, and value of recovery found was 102. 4%. The proposed method was used in the analysis of 3 standard samples, the results obtained agreed with standard values.
