摘要
资源节约型、环境友好型社会是一个比较全新的理念,它的产生是我国经济社会发展到现阶段的必然选择。我国当前要按照科学发展观提出的要求,创建资源节约型、环境友好型社会,就必须从循环经济的提倡、产业结构的升级和绿色科技的研发等三个主要方面入手,同时依靠适时的制度设计和相应的文化氛围来培育。
Resource-saving and Environmental-friendly Society is a relatively new conception which is the inevitable choice when national economy and society have been making progress at the present stage. According to the demand of scientific development view, China should establish the resource-saving and environmental-friendly society from the angles of advocating circular economy, upgrading industrial structure and studying the green science and technology, which is also fostered and matured through the system design and the relevant culture atmosphere.
