摘要
根据洛阳石化总厂聚丙烯厂造粒装置及工艺特点，提出了造粒机模板剥蚀的模型，并对模板剥蚀的原因进行了分析、计算和验证，提出了解决问题的措施。
A modelling for studying the denudation of pelletizer dies was proposed.The model put into account the actual operational process practised in the Luoyang Polypropylene Plant.The mechanical behaviors of the pelletizer dies employed were also considered.Predicted causes leading to pelletizer die denudation were revealed with the model.Measures for preventing gaseous errosion and denudation were suggested.
