摘要
对炭素纳米材料的合成方法做了简要介绍,其中包括化学气相沉积、燃烧法、乳液聚合以及电弧放电等方法。合成方法涉及有序化过程和软化学方法;它们不仅用于合成炭素纳米材料,而且也用于合成有序非炭素纳米材料;炭素纳米材料包括富勒烯纳米球、炭纳米管、石墨烯、金刚石薄膜以及球形炭气凝胶等纳米材料。化学气相沉积法是合成有序炭素纳米材料最经济和最实用的方法之一。同时,笔者指出,含钼催化剂不仅是石油化工工业,而且在炭素纳米材料合成工业中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用,并提出了CVD设备的改进方向。
This paper summarized the structure and synthesis of carbon nano - materials, such as fullerene , nanotubes , graphene, diamond and etc. It is important that synthesis process of carbon nanomaterials can be prepared by economic and reasonable process. The most promising method is the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) in the emer- ging method including CVD, arc welding, combustion and etc. The development direction was presented for chemical vapor deposition of fluid bed. The molybdenum contained catalysts in the petroleum industry and in the synthesis of carbon nano -materials has the large function.
