摘要
基于3D数值分析方法对半刚性基层裂缝及接缝处加铺筋材的防治反射裂缝(以下简称防反)的效果进行了研究,分析了土工材料防裂夹层的受力特性。研究发现土工材料夹层可以缓解裂缝处的应力集中现象,改善加铺层结构的抗拉和抗剪性能。在此基础上对聚酯玻纤布和玻纤格栅两种材料的防反效果进行了对比分析,结果表明聚酯玻纤布的防裂效果明显优于玻纤格栅,研究成果为沪宁高速公路(上海段)拓宽工程加筋材料的选取提供了理论依据。
Using 3D numerical method,this paper studied reflective cracking prevention performance of geotextile interlayer paved on semi-rigid base cracking position and its stress condition.The geotextile can release stress concentration at the crack tips and improve the sandwich structure's tension and shearing resistant ability.Comparison analysis data showed that fiberglass-polyester mat have better cracking-proof performance than glass-fiber grid.These conclusions helped to select the interlayer geotextile in Huning expressway extension project.
