摘要
课外实践是人才培养的重要途径,根据应用型人才的培养特点,以课外实践为载体,探索出一套适合预防医学特色的人才培养机制,促进学生综合素质的培养。
Extra-curricular practice is the important way of talent training,In accordance with the characteristics of application-oriented talents of preventive medicine,the author ectablish the characteristics of extra-curricular practice to explore a set of talent training mechanism to promote the overall quality of the students.
