以盐酸羟胺为还原剂,在乙酸乙酸钠缓冲溶液存在下,铁与邻二氮菲(Phen)、四苯硼酸钠(STTB)形成稳定的橘红色1:3:2的络合物,其最大吸收波长为650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.41×104L.moL-1.cm-1。铁含量在2.0~12.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程A=0.0601ρ(μg/mL)-0.0028,相关系数r=0.9992。常见大部分离子均有较高的允许量,对于铜的干扰可加入硫脲溶液消除。方法用于测定原油中铁,相对标准偏差小于2.1%,回收率为99%~101%。
With hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reducing agent,Fe(Ⅲ) formed a stable tangerine complex with orthophenanthroline(Phen) and sodium tetraphenylborate(STTB) in a radio of 1 : 3 : 2 in the presence of the acetate-sodium buffer. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 8.41×10^4 L · mol^-1·cm^-1 at the maximal absorption appeared at 650 nm. Beer' law was obeyed in the range of 2.0--12.0μg for Fe(Ⅲ). The linear regression equation was A=0. 060 1ρ(μg/mL) -0. 002 8 with the relative coefficient of r=0. 999 2. Most common ions are allowed except copper which,however, could be elirninated by thiurea. This method has been used for the determination of iron in crude oil, with the relative standard deviation below 2.1% ,and the recovery of 99%--101%.
