摘要
微卫星标记(Simple sequence repeat,SSR)是一种共显性标记,具有重复性好、可靠性高和多态性丰富等优点,在玉米遗传育种中得到了广泛应用.文章对SSR在玉米种质资源多态性分析、遗传图谱构建及基因定位、品种真伪鉴定、纯度检测等方面的应用进行了综述.
SSR marker is a eodominant marker, with many advantages such as good repetity, high reliability, abundant polymorphism. It plays an important role in maize genetics and breeding. Its application was mainly reviewed in three aspects including studying maize germplasm resource polymorphism, construtting genetic linkage map and locating genes, detecting purity and reality of variety.
