未足月胎膜早破期待治疗的临床效果评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察未足月胎膜早破药物期待疗法的临床效果。方法回顾性分析如东县第三人民医院2002年1月至2008年12月50例未足月胎膜早破期待患者临床资料。结果治疗最短3d,最长15d,终止妊娠时平均孕35.2周,平均延长1.6周;产后出血平均486.3mL,产褥感染3例;新生儿体质量平均2.97kg、Apgar评分平均8.8、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)3例、死亡1例。结论期待治疗未足月胎膜早破延长孕龄、改善存活儿的预后、降低围生儿病死率,具有可行性。但临床应用中应注意:给予孕妇心理支持,解除孕期精神紧张;实施前必须与患者进行充分沟通取得患者的同意后;正确判断胎儿成熟度;选择合适的分娩方式。
