摘要
介绍了一种气井分层改造合层开采管柱及工艺,该工艺按设计1次射开气井2段或3段气层,1次下入分层改造合层开采管柱,通过封隔器封隔及井下喷砂滑套的开启实现自下而上逐层改造,分层改造完成后合层排液生产。该工艺在长庆气田共应用238口井,施工成功率达99.2%。现场应用表明,该工艺具有分层改造可靠、施工简单、作业及排液速度快、储层伤害低等特点,对国内外低压、低渗、低产、多层系气田的有效开发具有借鉴作用。
A new fracturing string was discussed. By means of the isolating function of the Y241 packers and the open of sliding sleeve, continuous separate layer fracturing could be achieved. Especially this new technology has much more merits than other conventional technologies, for instance, reliable isolation effect, effective separate layer treatment, short operating time, low formation damage and low cost for the single well. The procedure is very simple. Firstly, two or three formations should be perforated in one trip; then the string will be tripped into the hole; thirdly, combined with fracturing unit, the string can take effect so that all the designed layers can be treated from the bottom to top; then blowing off together with all the fractured formations; lastly, the well can be put into production. Nowadays, the string has been used in 238 wells. Both operation and production data showed good results. Therefore, it is very useful for developing other similar gas reservoirs all over the world.
