摘要
分析科室放射治疗专业开展4年运营管理的情况,提出医院建设新型学科所要考虑的服务、质量、效率、科研、文化等综合运营管理因素,从规范制度、细化服务、市场包装、指控落实、设备使用和保障着手,旨在提高医疗质量,与大型设备的使用的效率,激励学科建设迈上新台阶。
The author summarized the experiences of the operation and management of radiotherapy department of four years. The author thought that these factors in follows should be stressed during the operation and management of a new discipline department, which were service, quality, efficiency, scientific research and culture. To im- prove medical quality and efficiency of equipment, managers should set about from normalizing regulations, careful service, market packing, quality control, equipment utilization and support.
