The Professional Development School in the U.S.A.——A Model of Institutional Innovations of Teacher Education

摘要作为一种新型的教师教育制度,美国专业发展学校在促进教师专业发展方面具有鲜明特色。本文基于专业发展学校个案的分析,展示专业发展学校内部的组织与活动,评析它所体现的教师教育制度创新的内涵,以期为我国当前的教师教育改革提供参考。 As a new type of the teacher educational system, the professional development school in the U. 5. A. has distinctive advantages. Based on an analysis of such a school, this paper describes its practice, and makes a study on institutional innovations of teacher education. And also, it puts forward some suggestions to improve our country＇s teacher education.
