Numerrical Simulation on Heating Process of Billet Steel in Furnace

摘要 建立了步进式加热炉内钢坯加热过程的物理模型和数学模型,并对微分方程进行离散,采用Visual Basic语言编程计算了钢坯内部温度变化情况,给出加热过程中钢坯内部各点在不同时刻的温度分布曲线,分析了入炉温度、加热时间等加热条件对加热过程钢坯温度的影响,计算结果可为钢坯加热过程的优化提供重要的参考依据。 The physical and mathematical models on walking-beam heating process of billet steel in furnace were built. The finite volume method was used for discretization of the differential equation. The temperature in the billet steel were calculated by Visual Basic. The temperature curves of different places in the billet steel at different time were given. The temperature distribution of in the billet steel is affected by many factors, such as initial temperature, heating-up period and so on, which are also analyzed. The results can provide an important foundation for optimizing the heating process of billet steel.
