摘要
静脉输注浓度较高或刺激性较强的药物时，可引起注射部位疼痛。采用自身交叉对照法，观察４８例病人在静脉注射少量利多卡因时的疼痛程度，并与生理盐水相比较。结果两组间有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。
I.V.infusion of drugs with higher concentration or strong stimulation could induce local pain.The pain degree in 48 patients received to I.V.injection of a little lidocaine was observed and compared with ones received normal saline.Results showed significant difference between both(P<0.001),indicating that the local pain due to I.V.infusion of drugs can be markedly alleviated by local I.V.injection of 1% lidocaine.
