低温干预对高血压脑出血小鼠脑水肿及细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的为低温治疗高血压脑出血提供理论基础。方法取90只大鼠制作高血压脑出血模型,模型组10只不予低温干预。低温组分别于造模后各取20只,2、4、8、12h采用自行设计的恒温循环水降温毯行低温干预,使肛温降至32℃;每个低温干预组再各取10只,分别予低温维持4、8h。另取正常大鼠10只作为空白组。低温干预后3d取出血侧血肿前后2cm内脑组织测定含水量,免疫组织化学方法单染检测Caspase-3阳性细胞。结果模型组脑含水量最高,低温组脑含水量明显降低,12h时实施低温干预者下降不明显。低温组Caspase-3的阳性细胞数明显下降,造模后12h实施低温干预下降不显著。结论Caspase-3参与了高血压脑出血的发生、发展,12h内实施低温干预可有效控制高血压脑出血后脑水肿和细胞凋亡。
