摘要
研究了固溶温度对FeNi32.5Co4Mn0.2Nb0.1超因瓦合金NbC析出及热膨胀系数的影响,在840,940,1040及1140℃对合金进行40min的热处理并水淬,随后在300℃退火4h。TEM观察到合金中存在微米级及纳米级NbC析出物,随着固溶温度升高NbC含量减少,在1140℃固溶时合金中的NbC完全溶解。随固溶温度从840℃升至1040℃,合金的膨胀系数度减小,在合金经1140℃固溶处理后却显著增加。NbC的析出大幅度降低合金的膨胀系数;通过调整NbC含量,可获得低于0.1×10-6/℃膨胀系数。
Influence of solid solution temperature on precipitation and thermal expansion coefficient of NiC in FeNi32.5Co4Mn0.2Nb0. 1 super invar alloy was investigated. The alloy was heat treated at 840, 940 1040 and 1140 ℃ for 40 rain and immediately water quenched, and then annealed at 300 ℃ for 4 h. Nano-size and micron-size NiC precipitation in the alloy was observed by TEM. NiC precipitation decreased with solid solution temperature increasing. When the solid solute temperature was 1140℃, NiC precipitation dissolved totally. Thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy decreased with the solid solution temperature increasing from 840℃ to 1040℃, but obviously increased after the alloy was solute-treated at 1140℃. The precipitation of NiC greatly decreased the thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy. Thermal expansion coefficient lower than 0.1×10^-6PC could be achieved by adjusting content of NiC.
