摘要
目的:探讨纠纷病案在医学生医患沟通带教中的应用。方法:以32名医学生作为教学对象,在建立纠纷病案库的基础上,开展病案分析、讨论及评价,学生参与沟通全过程演示,从中学到沟通技巧。结果:92%的学生认为能提高对沟通课的兴趣;89%的学生提高了对沟通知识的掌握程度;99%的学生提高了解决问题的能力;96%的学生提高了碰到类似问题的解决能力。结论:纠纷病案带教获得师生一致肯定,为探讨沟通技能教学法积累了经验。
Objective: To study effect of dispute in the medical record of patient communication with medical students to teach in the application. Methods: 32 medical students as a teaching object, in the establishment of the dispute on the basis of medical record database to carry out medical record analysis, discussion,evaluation, student participation in the whole process of communication and presentations,learn communication skills. Results: 92% students thought can enhance to communicates the class the interest; 89% students enhanced to communicate the knowledge of grasping degree; 99% students enhanced ability of solving the question; 96% students enhanced ability of bumping into the similar question solution.Conclusion: Medical record in the dispute, access to medical records with teaching staff and students unanimously affirmed, in order to explore the experience accumulated on the communicative language teaching.
