摘要
顺铂耐药有多种复杂机制参与,大量研究表明DNA修复途径的关键基因切除修复交叉互补。基因1和参与细胞凋亡和有丝分裂调控的生存素基因与顺铂耐药密切相关。
Cisplatin resistance is attributable to multiple intricate mechanisms. Many researches show that excision repair cross-complementing 1 which is the key gene of DNA repair pathways and survivin gene involved in apoptosis and mitosis regulation are closely related to cisplatin resistance.
