摘要
日本长期以来重视企业职业教育。在金融危机背景下,政府积极制定相关法律和政策,企业在职业教育中倡导"能力权"的保障以及"企业人"与"社会人"相统合的理念。主要方法有在职培训、自我培训等。在注重传统的内部劳动市场的基础上,关注外部劳动市场的职业教育,企业从实务的角度制定教育方针、体系和内容,并结合人事管理等制度科学地实施与评价。
Japan has been attaching importance on enterprise vocational education for long. Under the background of financial crisis, Japan government has made legislation and policy positively to encourage the development of enterprise vocational education; the enterprises advocated the assurance of "ability power" and the view of integration of "enterprise people" and "social people" in vocational education, and their main methods include in-service training and self-training; meanwhile, on the basis of paying attention to inside workforce market, Japan has began to focus on vocational education of outside workforce market, and the enterprises have made educational guideline, system and content from practical perspective, and implemented and evaluated scientifically combined with personnel management system.
