摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在乳腺癌围手术期的应用效果。方法选择行乳腺癌根治手术的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组采用舒适护理模式护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两种护理方式的效果。结果在术后并发症发生率上观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),护理质量和患者及家属的满意度上观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌围手术期的患者采用舒适护理模式进行护理,可以降低乳腺癌根治术后并发症的发生率,提高护理质量,减少护患矛盾,提高患者及家属的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing before and after breast cancer operation. Methods 120 cases treated by mastectomy were chosen and divided into 2 groups randomly, bo cases for observation,the other bo cases for contrast. The former was treated with comfort nursing,the later with routime nursing and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The complication incidence rate in the former groap is obvioasly smaller than that of the contrast group（P〈0. 05 ）. The rate of satisfaction at the guality of nursing on the part of the patient and her family of the firs group is strikly higher than that of the contrast group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfort nursing in pre and after radical mastectomy period can lessen the incidence rate of after operation complication,it can also raise the nursing guality, dissolve the contradication between the nurse and patients and raise the satisfaction of the patient＇s family.
