心肌梗死后心室颤动的发生机制 被引量：6

摘要 心室颤动(简称室颤)是心肌梗死(简称心梗)后的严重的并发症,是心梗死亡的首要因素。室颤的触发与心梗后的浦肯野纤维、离子通道改变、局部折返形成以及交感神经重构有关。室颤的维持机制是由固有异质性和动态不稳定性决定的。根据室颤触发因素与固有异质性和动态不稳定性可制定研究和预防策略。
