摘要
基层农业技术推广体系设立在县、乡两级,是为农民提供种植业、畜牧业、渔业、林业、农业机械、水利等科研成果和实用技术服务的组织,是实施科教兴农战略的重要载体。以全国基层农业推广体系建设现状为切入点,分析了制约基层农业技术推广机构建设过程中存在的瓶颈问题,提出通过对基层农村推广体系的横向衔接和纵向完善来推进改革。
The grass-roots agricultural technique extension system based on county and township levels is an organization to provide the achievements of farming, animal husbandry, fishery, forestry, agricultural machinery, water conservancy and other technical services for farmers, and animportant carrier to implement the strategy of agricultural revitalization through science and education. The paper puts forward countermeasures of strengthening its horizontal connection and vertical improvement to push on reform of grass-roots agricultural technique extension system based on analyzing current status of grass- roots agricultural extension system and the bottleneck problem in construction of grass-roots agricultural technical extension organization in China.
