摘要
随着科学技术的发展,转基因技术已经涉及到人们生活的方方面面,转基因植物的普遍种植对土壤安全的影响也逐渐引起人们的重视。本文综述了转基因作物的发展现状、外源基因在土壤中的残留途径及行为、转基因作物种植对土壤生物多样性和土壤酶活性的影响,并提出了今后转基因作物土壤生态安全性研究的重点问题。
With the development of science and technology, transgenic technology has been involved in all aspects of our lives. The effect of planting transgenic plants widely on the soil safety also gradually arouses people＇s attention. In this paper, the developing status of transgenic crops, residual ways and behaviors of foreign genes in soil, the effects of planting transgenic crops on soil biodiversities and enzyme activities were reviewed. Several key research problems on the soil ecological security cultivated with transgenie crop in the future were also put forward.
