摘要
针对路面裂缝无损检测要求,设计了基于单片机、GPS和线阵摄像机的路面图像采集系统。解决了单片机对线阵摄像机外触发信号的控制问题,完成了对动态图像进行高速实时的拍摄控制的要求。同时设计了基于VC++和MIL软件的图像采集软件系统。包括采集参数设置,路面动态图像实时显示,GPS信号的接收和数据库信息存储。系统实现了对路面裂缝图像的动态拍摄并将其保存在计算机硬盘里,为后续图像处理提供可靠数据。试验结果表明,系统能够有效地对路面图像信息进行实时采集,并对海量信息进行存储,获得了良好的动态图像抓拍效果。
According to the requirement of the road surface crack nondestructive testing, a road surface image acquisition hardware system was designed based on single-chip computer, GPS technique and linear CCD. The problem of the external trigger control of microcontroller was solved. The real-time control for moving image in high speed was realized by using the controlling linear CCD. Meanwhile, the software system for moving image acquisition based on VC++ and MIL was also designed, including collected parameters setting, real-time display moving image, GPS signal receiving and database information storing. The system can obtain the moving images of road surface cracks and save them in computer hard disk, which provides reliable data for the subsequent image processing. The experiment results show that the system can acquire the road surface dynamic image and store a mass of image information, and that the image acquisition system gains the qualified dynamic snap image effect.
