摘要
采用自制的硅橡胶(PDMS)平板膜制备成管式膜渗透萃取接触器处理含酚模拟废水,考察了苯酚的去除效果,并与硅橡胶管制成的卷绕式渗透萃取接触器和管式渗透萃取接触器进行了比较。实验结果表明:与硅橡胶管相比,PDMS平板膜的传质阻力减小,总传质系数提高,苯酚去除率、总传质系数和渗透通量分别为97%、1.77×10-7m.s-1、5.73×10-7g.m-2.s-1;硅橡胶管管式膜渗透萃取接触器较卷绕式膜渗透萃取接触器浓差极化小,且膜面积利用率高,硅橡胶管管式和卷绕式膜渗透萃取接触器总传质系数分别为1.25×10-7m.s-1和5.11×10-8m.s-1。
The tubular perstraction contaetor made from home-made PDMS flat membrane was used to remove phenol from simulation phenol-containing wastewater. The treatment effect of the PDMS flat membrane perstraetion eontaetor on the phenol-containing wastewater was investigated. The comparison between the perstraction tubular contactor and two other membrane perstraction contactors made from silicon tube, including spirally wound contactor and tubular contactor, was made. In comparison with the silicon tube, the membrane resistance decreased and the overall mass transfer coefficient (OMTC) of phenol increased in the phenol-containing wastewater treatment by the PDMS flare membrane. The removal efficiency, OMTC and permeation flux of phenol with PDMS flare membrane were 97%, 1.77 ×10^-7m·s^-1, 5.73× 10^-7g · m^-2·s^-1, respectively. Comparing with the spirally wound eontactor, the concentration polarization decreased and utilization ratio of the membrane area increased with the tubular contactor made from silicon tube. The OMTC of phenol with the tubular perstraction contactor and spirally wound perstraction eontactor were 1.25 × 10-7m^-7 s^-1 and 5.11 × 10^-8m·s-^-1, respectively.
