摘要
以胜利油田1997年完成的18口探井为研究对象,结合胜利油田曲堤区块勘探开发状况,对其使用的聚合物铵盐钻井液和正电胶钻井液保护油气层特性进行了分析对比。在地质条件和工程参数相似的情况下,应用正电胶钻井液的井中固相含量和含砂量较低,井壁稳定,井眼规则,井径扩大率较小,平均单井产量较高,具有明显的保护油气层特性。室内岩心流动实验说明正电胶钻井液的渗透率恢复值较高,也证实了上述观点。同时通过分析粒度分布对钻井液抑制性进行评价,正电胶钻井液具有较强的抑制性,并以此入手初步提出了正电胶钻井液保护油气层的作用机理。
A lot of comperative drilling fluid systems of polymer amine salt is used for evaluating the protective petroleum distinguish feature of MMH drilling fluid, and acting mechanism of this system is analysed. The production of the well and permeability recovery of applicating MMH drilling fluid are apparently higher than those of applicating drilling fluid of polymer amine salt because of stronger inhibitive, higher particle size, smaller volume of small particle, less formation demage .higher quality of cementing.
